I would like to take this opportunity to commend you for the outstanding service rendered by the SI Team.  My first contact was on 11/20/17, with Robbie by phone and text, wherein I gave him info on extend of damage, etc.

Rudy, you followed up approximately one week later with phone call to set up inspection.  Then I received via email your estimate which was inline with estimate from Geico.  Since your estimate was so thoroughly prepared, so detailed, I had no problem excepting SI's proposal.

Yesterday, the two workers were here to make necessary repairs, and I can only say they too, did a top-notch job of workmanship.

Eight townhouse units had our lower level areas flood due to a sewer drain backup. Our management company brought in SI to do the restoration work. They went above and beyond to make things right.
