Two you can contact an Industrial Hygienist ( IH ) or Certified Industrial Hygienist who is basically a scientist who you pay to analyze the situation and then assist you on solving the air quality situation . What's different is that an IH is a real university educated and licensed scientist who knows via science how to solve your issue .
Now let's say you do see what you believe is mold in the house . What do you do ?

The IICRC S520 Guidelines is the most widely used guidelines for removing mold correctly in your house. Most states who require that mold testers and mold remediation removal companies have licensed either require or base their mold licenses on the IICRC S520 Guidelines .
